## Description

We're seeking an ambitious Infrastructure PREL ME Manager to join our team in Vietnam. As a key player in crafting the direction of our production infrastructure, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of P-Rel production infrastructures supply chain, coordinating ongoing production capacity management and support, risk assessment, infrastructure establishment, maintenance activities, budgeting, and process improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience. You will be expected to lead tasks from initiation to closure, demonstrating sharp thinking and good decision-making skills. Independence and the capability to perform well in an intensive and dynamic environment are essential.

As a member of our team, you will serve as the primary contact for multiple production sites to ensure full infrastructure support for NVIDIA Mass Production. You will also be responsible for coordinating ongoing production capacity management and support, risk assessment, infrastructure establishment, maintenance activities, budgeting, and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, being an excellent teammate, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are also required.

Experience with Contract Manufacturers management in a production environment or mechanical build is desirable. Familiarity with production processes such as electro-mechanical assembly, mechanical integration, and product testing is also beneficial. Knowledge of transfer to production activities, SAP, and Agile systems is a plus.
