## Description

This role delivers brand image through visual excitement in the boutique via visual merchandising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain the boutique's displays according to Chanel standards

- Strategically plan and frequently rotate visual merchandising elements to enhance in-boutique and window displays

- Support the visual merchandising team with seasonal launches and external venue setups

- Act as the main point of contact between the boutique and visual merchandising team

- Report business challenges and display feedback to the visual merchandising team

- Update the visual merchandising team on product display changes and provide photos of modifications

- Share regular photo reports

- Coach front-line staff on daily visual merchandising maintenance responsibilities

- Manage visual merchandising tools to ensure quantity and quality

**Person Specifications:**

- Diploma or certificate in design studies

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising in retail industries, preferably in luxury

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese

- Detail-oriented with a constant drive for innovation and adaptability

- A team player able to perform in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills

- Flexible working hours, including occasional night work and possible weekends
