## Description

We are seeking an Electrical Associate Director (Building Services) to join our team in Cambridge. As an Associate Director, you will have a proven track record in leading projects for your discipline and for an overall project team. You will work in a joint leadership capacity within a mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) discipline team, providing design and technical advice with a multidisciplinary approach on a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects and teams, demonstrating personal input in winning and delivering commissions

- Provide design and technical advice with a multidisciplinary approach

- Work independently with minimal supervision on technical aspects of the discipline

- Interpret client needs and meet project delivery requirements

- Supervise detailed design completion and work of others

- Consider project feasibility specific to the discipline and lead feasibility studies

- Direct production of detailed and performance specifications

- Review design programmes and ensure sufficient resources

Requirements:

- BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline

- CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council accredited honours degree or equivalent experience

- Working towards I Eng or C Eng status

- Experience with RevitMEP and other design software

- Understanding of UK and European regulations applicable to the discipline

- Proven electrical design skills, including low voltage distribution systems, UPS systems, and cable calculations
