## Description

SecurityMetrics is seeking experienced Customer Support staff to join our team in Orem, Utah. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide account support and assistance to customers using our security products. You will take inbound phone calls and make outbound courtesy calls to resolve customer issues and help them understand our products and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide basic customer support and account maintenance via phone or email

- Scope customers to determine their PCI Self Assessment Questionnaire type

- Help customers navigate and understand the PCI Self Assessment Questionnaire

Requirements:

- Basic computer skills, including typing, email, and web browsing

- Basic understanding of networks and network devices

- Ability to troubleshoot account issues

- Desire to learn and grow

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to listen to, comprehend, empathize, and resolve customer needs and concerns

Preferred qualifications:

- Fluency in English and another language, such as Portuguese, Dutch, Chinese/Mandarin, Spanish, or French/Quebecois

- Familiarity with PCI-DSS

- Experience working in a call center or customer service

- Familiarity with Linux or basic understanding of HTML

We offer a competitive salary of up to $16 per hour, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to $400 per pay period.
