## Description

We are seeking a senior QA professional to join the Risk Systems Assurance team under Operations Risk Platform & Analytics of HKEX’s Operations Division. The successful candidate will help with strategically important initiatives related to new product launches and platform upgrades.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with business owners and users to understand, analyse, and document requirements

- Review user requirements and functional specifications, translating them into test cases

- Design testing strategies and approaches, plan testing schedules, and manage timelines and resources

- Lead and govern end-to-end system testing and quality assurance strategies for risk management systems involving complex financial logics and risk methodologies

- Identify and mitigate system risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle with clear documentation

- Contribute to the timely delivery of projects in line with project scope and expectations

- Establish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across UAT, regression, UIT, and go-live readiness

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Risk Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject

- At least 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organisations, with 3+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale QA teams or projects

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with various project management tools, such as Confluence, JIRA

- Proficiency with Excel and VBA programming

- A team player and self-starter who can proactively engage with peers and clients, take ownership, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables

- Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure project success

- Knowledge of equity or derivatives markets is essential

- Experience with Business Analysis (BA) is required
