We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

**Hourly Rate:** $17.00 USD per hour

**Job Responsibilities:** As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their service expectations

- Support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

- Execute daily and weekly workload to ensure efficient operations

- Maintain product knowledge and make recommendations to guests

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

**Requirements:**

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
