## Description

We're seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our BT Risk Management team, part of the CIO org under the Strategy and Operations pillar. You'll work with various business units and stakeholders to assess security issues/gaps and communicate the impact to business management and agree remediation actions and timelines.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and launch new initiatives to promote governance, risk, and compliance awareness, education, and standardize methodologies across the organization

- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, security partners, and employees to foster a collaborative and supportive environment

- Establish Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODMs) to measure the effectiveness of the culture transformation program and continuously refine initiatives based on data-driven insights and organizational feedback

- Lead change management efforts to overcome resistance and drive adoption of new security behaviors and processes

**Requirements:**

- 12+ years experience in GRC, leading GRC initiatives, developing and maintaining GRC frameworks

- 12+ years of experience supporting organizational compliance in applicable laws and regulations

- Expert-level understanding of Audits Compliance and the proven ability to organizational audit strategies and compliance programs

- Deep and strategic knowledge of Cyber Security Governance frameworks and the ability to implement enterprise-wide cyber security governance programs
