## Description

We're looking for a People Programs Lead to own the entire new hire journey end-to-end, empowering, equipping, and enabling Brex employees.

As a key member of the People team, you'll focus on talent, growth, and the employee experience, creating an environment where high-agency individuals can thrive.

Responsibilities:

- Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end, from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions

- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time

- Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership

- Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation

- Operate as a "utility player" across Brex's entire talent management portfolio

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D

- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions

- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios

- Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics

- A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $103,000 - $128,000.
