## Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Tenable, you'll generate new business through inbound and outbound calls and partner with our distributed sales team. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in our Columbia, MD office.

Your responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline

- Following up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new opportunities and pipeline

- Qualifying leads, scheduling meetings and demos for our Territory Managers

- Researching target accounts for outbound call campaigns

- Promoting Tenable events and webinars in your region

- Maintaining accurate contact and account records for your region in our databases

- Making 50+ calls per day to inbound and outbound prospects

- Generating a minimum of 7 new meetings or demos per week

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar client support role

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with minimal supervision

- Availability to work in our Columbia, MD office three days per week

Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool

- A bachelor's degree
