## Description

We are looking for an On Premise Marketing Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As an On Premise Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement on-premise activities that build the brand and drive consumption, primarily focusing on the daytime segment. You will also convert national and international strategies into relevant initiatives in the Norwegian market, manage projects from idea to execution and evaluation, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop concepts, tools, and materials that strengthen Red Bull's visibility and relevance in On Premise

- Adapt activations to different customers, occasions, and sales arenas

- Identify new opportunities to create more occasions where consumers choose Red Bull

- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to ensure strong implementation in the market

- Use sales, customer, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities

- Follow results, market trends, and competitor activity

- Evaluate the effect of activities and concepts

- Convert insights and learnings into concrete improvements and new initiatives

Requirements:

- Relevant experience from Red Bull, preferably in sales, marketing, On Premise, or another commercial or operational role

- Strong drive, curiosity, and engagement for the Red Bull brand

- Good project understanding and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

- Analytical mindset, creative drive, and strong implementation skills

- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
