## Description

As a Legal Counsel at Coolblue, you will handle various legal matters, including questions about new products or services, commercial contract negotiations, privacy issues, and disputes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as contract law, consumer law, and privacy law. Your responsibilities will include providing clear and applicable advice to colleagues, reviewing and negotiating contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and representing Coolblue in court.

Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice to colleagues on various matters

- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and partners

- Identifying and addressing legal risks

- Collaborating on larger projects, such as acquisitions or new legislation

- Representing Coolblue in court

- Ensuring contracts and documents are up-to-date

Requirements:

- Completed law degree and at least 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or attorney

- Experience with commercial contracting and dispute resolution

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Ability to work flexibly and provide solutions-oriented approach

- Proficiency in Dutch and English
