## Description

If you're driven by a passion for perfection, join Ford Quality as a Technical Systems Integration Engineer. You'll work on innovative initiatives like the Global Product Development System and Quality Operating System to deliver high-quality products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Electrical systems integration and validation

- Approve device transmittals and develop vehicle-level logical schematics

- Conduct design and compatibility reviews

- Support system-level validation and diagnostics

- Provide technical support for prototype and pre-production builds

**Design:**

- Develop vehicle-level Logical Schematics

- Set up DT Structure in VSEM-GDT

- Approve the System aspect of the DT

- Ensure Generic Fusing Strategy and Generic Grounding Strategy are followed

- Execute compatibility reviews and assess Systems FMEA

- Assess and comply with related system requirements (FEDE)

**Proto Build (DCV):**

- HIL/FDJ Breadboard

- Provide configurations and extraordinary support if needed

- DCV Breadboard (E/E pre-build system breadboard)

- Determine feature configuration of BB (variants)

- Check BOM to ensure parts are present on BB

- Configure modules (FCT - Ford Converter Tool or EOL simulation)

- Update module SW (getting SW from IVS or JFrog)

- Functional Testing (quick, point-to-point testing)

**Pre-Production Builds:**

- Support Manage Module Software Readiness Document (part of NMP LQOS) and utilize SWBOM to track software revision

- Support EOL-VSCS testing (DSC/APTL testing)

- Identify system differences from DCV to TT and update test vehicles

- Update SW in modules (only using SWCM/IVS or JFrog)

- Troubleshoot issues from EOL testing

**At the plant:**

- EOL troubleshooting, support DTC masking and CBT

- Functional issues troubleshooting/triage and support extraordinary actions as needed

- Functional Test per control plan/KOL Auditing per system TDR (aka PVP)

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 3 years' experience in systems integration and validation

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

- Authorized to work in the United States of America
