## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex technical projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Serving as the team leader, overseeing project teams, and facilitating team building and communication

- Proactively monitoring project resources and working with functional lead/management to ensure project requirements are met

- Developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals

- Providing senior-level oversight and review of work carried out by junior staff members

- Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

- Holding regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- At least 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support

- Extensive experience in technical project management in operationalization of IT infrastructure solutions

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in solution design

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Project Management (PMP) or Agile Certification (Scrum Master) would be a plus
