Join Argos, a leading UK digital retailer, as a Customer Advisor in their store located within a Sainsbury's supermarket in Kelso, Roxburghshire. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and offering product advice.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time position with fixed-term assignment

- 10 hours per week, with varying shifts including weekdays and weekends

- Starting times: 07:45 (early shift) or 13:00 (late shift)

- Ending times: 15:45 (early shift) or 21:00 (late shift)

- Contract ends on 01/02/2027

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences on tills, website screens, and at the collection counter

- Collect products, take payments, provide financial service information, and process refunds

- Assist customers with queries on the shop floor and in the stock room

- Build product knowledge to offer recommendations

**Requirements:**

- Above school-leaving age

- Right to work in the UK
