## Description

Join our team of Red Bull Student Marketeers, who are part of the world's most dynamic brand ambassador programme. You will know the target audience of Red Bull and be responsible for bringing the brand and product into your university or residence area. The objective of the Student Marketeers programme is to reach new consumers, captivate university students, increase sales, and represent the Red Bull brand at universities.

This includes direct contact with consumers and clients, encouraging product experimentation, and working on Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable experience for consumers. As a Student Marketeer, you value flexibility over traditional 9-to-5 hours and thrive in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

**Be a Brand Ambassador**

You will embody the personality of the brand and the values of the company, representing the brand in a premium way through daily interactions with customers and consumers. You will grow the network of consumers by inviting them to try and become familiar with Red Bull at the right time and place, answering all consumer queries.

You will plan and execute a detailed and innovative plan involving students and bringing the brand to university life. You will create a strong network of contacts, building and maintaining relationships with key people. You will transport this enthusiasm and influence to your social media channels through authentic content sharing.

You will work on Red Bull events and partner events where Red Bull is involved, ensuring that consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand.

**Deliver Excellence**

You will deliver everything with excellence and show passion for details in all areas you participate in. You will share ideas and collaborate regularly with your team face-to-face and online. You will plan and report your activities through our online platform with rigour and within deadlines. You will contribute to the development of Red Bull's media field, sharing local tips, trends, and opportunities.

**Sales Specialist**

You will build relationships with university store owners and ensure that Red Bull is available and visible in bars and cafeterias. You will collaborate with sales to increase Red Bull distribution within and around your university campus. You will utilise relevant Red Bull resources to keep the brand strong at points of sale. You will ensure that all store standards are met with excellence.

Requirements:

- Experience in public contact/events (desirable)

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality

- Highly accessible and sociable with the ability to relate to different people in various situations

- Deep knowledge of student life in the university, city, or region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots

- Combine creativity with entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to coordinate part-time work with studies and ideally available to work some nights and weekends

- Desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Linked to various groups and influential people within the university campus

- Passionate about Red Bull and the product

- University student

- Fluent in English

- 30-40% travel
