## Description

We are seeking a highly respected Registered Nurse to join our team at The Lindsay Bupa Care Home in Poole. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

**Requirements:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Ability to build connections with residents and their families
