## Description

Anthropic's Executive Briefing program brings senior leaders from strategic customers together with spokespeople, product leaders, and researchers. As a Program Manager, Executive Briefings, you will run the program at one of our briefing centers and help build the global operating model for an exceptional experience across the globe.

You will be the main program lead for your location, owning briefings end to end: qualification and intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution. You will set objectives and design agendas jointly with Sales and be the local account teams' go-to partner on using briefings to move important opportunities forward.

You will manage the global workstream, setting standards for every center to follow, ensuring customers get the same quality of briefing wherever they meet us. This role is highly cross-functional, working with regional GTM leadership, the Office of the CCO, Product Marketing, Solutions, Anthropic's executive bench, and Workplace, Security, and Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the Executive Briefing program at your location, including local calendar, capacity planning, and operating SLAs.

- Collaborate with regional GTM leadership to decide which strategic accounts receive a briefing each quarter.

- Lead discovery with account teams to understand customer objectives and tailor agendas.

- Design and co-develop agendas with Sales for every briefing.

- Build and manage the speaker bench for your location.

- Orchestrate day-of briefings and maintain customer experience standards.

- Contribute to playbooks, tooling, and best practices for program scalability.

- Share intake and triage on a rotation across time zones.

- Maintain one source of truth for criteria, lead times, and processes.

- Own measurement and reporting for your center and contribute to global reporting.

- Onboard and coach briefing team members and contractors.

Minimum qualifications:

- Experience running executive briefings or comparable programs for senior external audiences.

- Program management skills, including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and managing multiple programs against SLAs.

- Experience designing agendas and facilitating discussions with C-level or senior customer audiences.

- Experience building processes, playbooks, or tooling for consistent program operation.

- Ability to track, report on, and communicate program metrics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Work on-site at your briefing center when briefings take place.

Preferred qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience building or scaling an executive briefing program or similar customer-facing program at an enterprise technology company.

- Experience in a high-volume briefing environment.

- Experience with CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce.

- Experience identifying and surfacing speakers for the speaker bench.

- Experience working across time zones or multiple sites to set one global standard.

- Familiarity with AI products and how enterprises evaluate and adopt them.

- Interest in Anthropic's mission to build safe and beneficial AI.

The annual compensation range for this role is £1-£1 GBP.
