## Description

We are seeking a Compliance System Enhancement Project Lead to lead end-to-end Compliance system enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects to enhance Compliance system capabilities, meeting regulatory and risk management objectives

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Prepare comprehensive UAT test strategies, test cases, and test scripts

- Execute system threshold tuning, scenario calibration, statistical analysis, and alert optimization

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Compliance systems in managing regulatory requests and audit-related matters

- Partner with counterparts to provide system-related advisory support

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AFC systems, Compliance Technology, or Banking Technology

- Proven experience in implementing, enhancing, and testing AFC and Compliance systems

- Sound understanding of Compliance systems, including Transaction Monitoring and Customer Due Diligence solutions

- Good knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and regulatory requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong people skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
