## Description

This is a Project Management position that applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert for delivering HPC solutions.

The role involves managing customer project delivery, revenue, and project financials, as well as providing reliable financial forecasts to management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer project delivery

- Manage project financials, including P&L

- Meet or exceed SOAR-approved budgets

- Provide reliable financial forecasts to management

- Manage business development and identify new opportunities with clients

- Manage client relationships and complex multi-function and/or global delivery relationships with senior and executive client management

- Communicate the direct value of our capabilities to business partners and customers

- Manage project teams of over 40 people

- Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members

- Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors

Education and Experience Required:

- First-level university degree

- Advanced degree preferred

- 10 years of experience in project management or similar roles

Knowledge and Skills:

- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management

- Recognized as a leader in the company's PM Professions community

- PMP Certified
