## Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as a Team Lead, Project Operations Management. You will guide a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver complex global rollouts for our customers and ensure they go live with the Adyen solution efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of Project Operations Managers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently

- Act as a partner and escalation layer for the team, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges

- Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication and feedback culture

- Scale up the team while preserving the Adyen formula and ensuring our unique culture is fostered

- Drive continuous improvement and leverage ideas and insights to make the process better

- Collaborate with other teams and drive initiatives to grow the global POM organization

**Requirements:**

- A seasoned manager with experience in managing a high-performing team (at least 5 years with direct reports)

- Project Management acumen, with experience working with enterprise customers within a large global company

- A proven track record of driving global process change and implementing procedures

- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a global team and build strong relationships

- Clear understanding of the challenges of global commerce

- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week and travel domestically and internationally as required

**What We Offer:**

- Annual base salary range: $190,000 - $230,000
