**About the Role**

The Associate-Operations Optimization (Data Management) - Mandarin Support role involves capturing claims data for all claims (Life & CS) within the required benchmarks and performing manual data intervention for hospital bill items.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Process data capturing for all claims (Life & Corporate Solution) requests received as per stipulated requirements.

- Perform hospital bills manual data remediation.

- Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.

- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

- Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

- Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.

**Job Requirements:**

- Open to fresh graduates, experienced medical claims assessors, and candidates from lab/nursing backgrounds.

- A recognised tertiary diploma/degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent qualifications.

- Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage. Passing SPM Chinese subject is a must.

- Self-motivated and customer-orientated.

- Time management skills.

- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.

- Good dedication at work, good demeanour, willing to learn.

- Able to adapt to a desk-bound working environment, working shifts including weekends on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours (including weekends & public holidays).

- The role is required to follow the Hong Kong working calendar.
