## Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage our warehouse operations.

**About the Role:** As a Senior Executive - Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage warehouse processes, including stock audit and shrinkage reduction

- Oversee manpower management and drive process improvements on the ground

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

- Plan and manage reverse logistics

- Analyze root causes of inventory deviations and implement corrective actions

- Drive productivity and cost efficiency improvements

- Manage FEFO and FIFO inventory systems

- Collaborate with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Experience in F&V operations is an added advantage

- Proficiency in Google Sheets is required

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment

- Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night)
