## Description

The Consumer Intelligence (CI) team within the Strategy Group at Capital One captures the voice of the customer to inform business decisions. CI supports a comprehensive customer and associate feedback listening program, including capturing, analysing, and deploying feedback across Capital One.

The CI’s Customer Experience Management Program (CEMP) is seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker to manage project delivery and operations in an evolving environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Research management: Lead CEMP’s research operations in developing and delivering new research and surveys to capture customer feedback at important moments in the customer journey.

- Project delivery and execution: Lead and manage multiple complex projects to support team strategic initiatives; develop and maintain business requirements and delivery execution plans; track progress against timelines and risks to delivery; develop comprehensive communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.

- Stakeholder management: Have a constant pulse of the current state of affairs for their scope; independently connect with relevant stakeholders to set expectations, remove blockers, etc.

- Steward of documentation: Create structure for defining, executing, and maintaining system documentation that represents processes.

- Steward of well-managed processes: Track and champion well-managed processes, gathering, storing, and organising documentation for partners.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.

- At least six years of experience in Process or Project Management.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of people management experience.

- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

- Familiarity with SQL and Jira.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Work experience achieving results with complex projects.

- Background in market research and survey design.

**Salary Information:**

- McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Project Management.

- Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management.
