## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in learning and developing your skills to become an Account Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn about our products, sales strategies, and customer service skills.

- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand, products, and distribution processes.

- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans, communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.

- In-Route Support: Assist Account Sales Managers with in-store execution, measure winning vs competition, and perfect store audits.

- Off-Route Support: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.

- Obtain a DOT Medical card.

- At least 21 years of age.

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
