## Description

The NISC IV program at Leidos is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the FAA customer's Business Operation Center (BOC) in Kansas City.

In this onsite role, you will provide high-level customer support to the Benefits Operation Center (BOC) call centre function, answering calls and offering various federal benefit, retirement, and HR information to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing customer support and directing customers to relevant links and web pages for additional information

- Elevating complex issues to a BOC HR Assistant or Specialist for further support

- Researching and assisting with preparing documentation regarding policies and procedures for Benefits/HR

- Certifying and processing benefit forms for FAA customers

- Maintaining and updating customer files and following up on relevant documentation

- Supporting the BOC and its clients in administrative and clinical matters

- Collaborating with BOC management to resolve issues and coordinate processes

The position requires:

- Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred

- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Prior federal benefits and customer service experience are preferred.

The compensation for this role is $30/hour based on experience and education, with a pay range of $45,500.00 - $82,250.00.
