## Description

SpaceXAI seeks an experienced Construction Manager for on-site power generation build efforts. As a key leader, you'll manage site relationships, collaborate with teams, and report to construction leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Act as senior construction representative for the power generation plant

- Oversee end-to-end project execution

- Coordinate multiple vendors across various scopes

- Identify and mitigate risks to schedule, quality, safety, and operational readiness

- Drive progress on generation and BOP construction

- Align construction schedules with SpaceXAI's goals

- Partner with engineering and operations for commissioning and start-up

- Deliver regular updates using KPIs and dashboards

- Ensure the project meets technical and quality standards

- Perform quantity take-offs and field verifications

- Manage change orders and control costs

- Lead site safety initiatives

- Adapt to evolving plant needs

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale power generation or industrial plant construction projects

- Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations

- Proven ability to lead on-site with authority and build trust

- Experience managing large programs with multiple vendors

- Strong communication skills

- Problem-solving skills and adaptability

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Direct experience constructing or expanding gas turbine generating plants

- Experience with medium-voltage electrical construction and mechanical/process BOP

- OEM turbine package installation and commissioning support

- Previous experience on power plants serving data centers

- Familiarity with local building codes, utility interconnection, and plant permitting
