## Description

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Project Engineer, Structures, you will work on iconic projects, leading work across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year projects. You will ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work, handle ongoing communication with local clients, and manage effective stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 5-8 years of industry experience on building projects within Australia, and eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance. Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete, and a track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery are also required.

Responsibilities:

- Work on iconic projects

- Project lead work across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects

- Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial, and regulatory standards

- Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients

- Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally

- Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team

- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting

Requirements:

- Bachelor to Masters level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)

- 5-8 years industry experience on building projects within Australia

- Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance

- Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete
