## Description

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to support the Technology Risk Governance team at RBC. You will work alongside the IT Risk Domain Governance leadership to support the execution of Global IT Risk's Technology and Cyber Risk Management domain governance practices.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with domain stakeholders to support the development of governance forums, charters, and escalation protocols

- Partner with senior business stakeholders on Technology & Cyber Risk Management domain governance

- Support the domain risk issue identification and prioritization process

- Work with embedded risk management functions to support consistent implementation of controls

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of domain key performance metrics

- Support process improvement recommendations by collaborating with teams

- Work alongside internal and external service partners to support the establishment and monitoring of domain service expectations and performance agreements

**Requirements:**

- University graduate or equivalent, Professional designations i.e. CRISC, CISSP, PMP

- Minimum of 3-5 years IT Risk Management experience

- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

- Proficient at written and oral communication skills

- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools – JIRA and Confluence

- Strong organizational awareness, business acumen, customer orientation and strong analytical skills

- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Nice-to-have:**

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, research and quantitative skills

- Working experience in cybersecurity and/or IT risk management spaces

- Big 4 IT risk consulting and/or audit experience
