## Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Associate Director.

In this role, you will originate, execute and support event-driven corporate, structured and capital markets transactions for CMB clients. You will engage with CMB RMs to provide ongoing coverage to CMB clients with continuous demand for structured financing and capital markets solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Originate and execute transactions, working with deal teams to deliver financing and capital market solutions

- Provide complex finance structuring, financial modeling and analysis expertise for Corporate and Structured Finance transactions

- Ensure robust credit structures are in place, identifying and mitigating key risks

- Review and negotiate legal documentation with panel lawyers

- Drive collaboration with product partners to pitch for business opportunities

- Identify and develop new ideas, products and solutions to meet client needs

To be successful, you will need:

- Demonstrable corporate and investment banking experience, with experience in commercial lending and structured and leveraged finance

- Proven track record in originating and executing structured lending transactions

- Good knowledge of bank products and services, including Capital Markets & Advisory investment banking products

- Advanced understanding of risk management and risk mitigation

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships

- Strong time management, organisational and planning skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
