## Description

The Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO) at BlackRock's Aladdin Platform organization is seeking a Vice President to lead critical and technically complex initiatives. The successful candidate will drive programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead strategic initiatives and program workstreams, translating business goals into actionable project roadmaps.

- Establish clear deliverables, milestones, and KPIs to measure progress and inform decision-making.

- Design scalable solutions to proactively surface and mitigate risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and results, building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing key decision-making.

- Contribute to strategic planning through clear communication and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- 6-10 years in a technical project/program management role in financial services or a management consulting role.

- Experience with the SDLC, waterfall, and agile methodologies (scrum, kanban).

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

- Complex/cross-functional project management experience.

- Strong data analytics capabilities.
