## Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist - APAC Payments to join our APAC Regional Payment Operations team in Singapore.

As a Senior Product Operations Specialist, you will own a meaningful part of the APAC portfolio, focusing on identifying and solving customer and operational problems, and driving scalable product changes.

Responsibilities:

- Own the direction and outcomes for an assigned part of the APAC portfolio

- Identify, investigate, and prioritize material customer, payment-performance, and operational problems

- Shape roadmaps and technical solutions with Product and Engineering

- Build compelling business cases and recommendations

- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

- Design scalable workflows, tools, and controls

- Lead or support complex launches

- Identify and test automation and AI opportunities

- Develop reusable approaches and mentor junior team members

The role will give you the opportunity to:

- Own high-impact opportunities across an evolving APAC portfolio

- Influence Product direction through customer insight and operational evidence

- Lead work from an ambiguous problem to a delivered solution with verified impact

- Work on strategically important changes

- Apply modern data, automation, and AI tools to real operational and customer problems

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives

- Experience working with Product and Engineering

- Strong critical thinking and analytical judgement

- Ability to write SQL and analyze data

- Experience leading cross-functional work and influencing senior stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills

Nice to haves:

- Experience in payments, fintech, or banking

- Experience in an analytical or Product Operations role

- Hands-on experience with AI tools
