## Description

IQVIA Safety Operations team plays a crucial role in designing, building, and executing end-to-end safety solutions for major pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

As a Medical Information Specialist with Dutch, French, and English, you will be at the forefront of Patient Safety, providing phone support to healthcare professionals and patients, receiving and tracking medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls.

Responsibilities:

- Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and patients

- Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes, or emails

- Establish and maintain effective team communications

- Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members

- Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science

- Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch (native/C2), French (min. C1), and English (min. C1)

- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
