Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products to customers

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. You'll be expected to work part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

**Working Hours:** Wednesday: 14:00-18:00 Thursday: 14:00-18:00 Friday: 14:00-18:00 Saturday: 14:00-18:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
