## Description

At Bayer, we're visionaries driven to solve the world's toughest challenges. As a Primary Care & Specialty Sales Consultant in Beaumont, TX, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Responsibilities include:

- Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning

- Collaborating with internal partners, such as Marketing and Market Access, to drive US Pharma outcomes

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Providing relevant input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- Proven track record of consistent high performance in sales

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance

Preferred qualifications:

- Advanced degree

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

Employees can expect a salary between $124,320.00 - $186,480.00, with additional compensation including a bonus or commission. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
