## Description

We are seeking an Experienced Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, California.

As an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist, you will independently develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and integrate program-level master schedules

- Perform studies, analysis, risk assessments, and trend analysis to determine impacts and constraints

- Create schedule reports, metrics, and communicate plan updates throughout the lifecycle of a program or project

- Improve project management processes and implement best practices

- Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects

- Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

- Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans

Requirements:

- 3+ years of project or program management experience

- 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

- Experience leading a team or project

- Experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Enterprise Project Management

- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- OPP scheduling tool experience

- Experience working with large data sets

This position is expected to be 100% onsite and requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Pay range: $101,150 - $136,850
