## Description

GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government's capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

You will join the Culture, Community and Youth Cluster (CCYC), a team of GovTech designers, engineers, product managers, and business analysts embedded across the statutory boards and autonomous agencies under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY).

Your primary focus is NAC's centralised data platform, an integrated environment that consolidates fragmented arts datasets from across the sector. The platform equips NAC and partner agencies with tools to track participation, monitor funding outcomes, and make evidence-based decisions on resource allocation and policy development.

Key responsibilities:

- Design data-dense experiences, including dashboards, visualisations, and analytical interfaces

- Gather and translate requirements with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

- Own the full design lifecycle, from concept to production

- Conduct continuous research to validate design decisions

- Manage stakeholders across agencies

- Contribute to the design system

Requirements:

- 7+ years of UX or product design experience

- Experience designing data visualisations and dashboards

- Strong UX fundamentals across the full lifecycle

- Analytical thinking and ability to communicate design rationale clearly

- Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design system contribution
