## Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will ensure your team remains motivated to satisfy customers with the right products. You will assist colleagues in the store and help customers during peak periods or escalations. In addition to leading, you are also responsible for your team's performance.

Responsibilities:

- Guide, coach, and mentor colleagues in the store and during individual sessions.

- Listen to colleagues when they have problems or complex customer queries.

- Encourage your team to achieve and exceed targets, such as obtaining an impressive NPS (customer satisfaction).

- Actively think of ideas with your team to make the Coolblue store even better every day.
