## Description

As a Sr. Automation QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing automated solutions, delivering high-quality tests and code contributions. You will create and execute test plans, design, and implement the automation framework to support multiple products.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build test structures that are easily maintainable, resilient, performant, and scalable across multiple products.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify requirements and translate them into test plans.

- Write and execute Playwright-based functional tests that cover critical user scenarios and workflows.

- Analyze test failures, suggest root causes, and recommend fixes.

- Apply MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect Claude with requirements systems, defect trackers, and test execution logs for full-context analysis.

- Lead technical decisions on test automation architecture and framework direction.

- Prepare project status reports and management review reports.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality Assurance

- Advanced proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with Playwright for web application test automation

- Experience leading or mentoring QA engineers

- Comprehensive understanding of test methodologies and techniques

- Familiarity with building Test Automation Frameworks from the ground up

- Experience working in agile development environment

- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance

- U.S. Citizenship essential
