## Description

The Obstacle Aeronautical Information Analyst supports the FAA in its Oklahoma City location, providing technical expertise, transition support, and project implementation services to the Aeronautical Information Services Group (AJV-A).

**Job Details:** This position is 90% remote and requires the ability to work locally in Oklahoma City, OK.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Apply experience and comprehensive knowledge to aeronautical studies in accordance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), Part 77 notice criteria for construction or alteration of certain structures in the NAS.

- Review construction proposals for completeness and accuracy.

- Evaluate the effects of proposed construction on navigable airspace.

- Analyze the cumulative effects of proposals to minimize impact to aviation while balancing construction needs.

- Coordinate aeronautical information within established channels of communication and relationships.

- Process administrative extension requests, terminate aeronautical studies, and handle FAA Form 7460-2 notifications.

- Assist with obstacle position verification, maintain records, and participate in IFP Impact Team meetings.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in aviation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Ability to obtain and maintain public trust suitability.

**Desired Qualifications:**

- Aviation experience (pilot or air traffic).

- Degree in Aeronautics, Aviation, or Air Traffic Control.

- Previous experience with FAA or DoD with aeronautical information.

**Pay Range:** $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
