## Summary

Crosby Composites are looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join their team at their Brackley site. This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday, with core hours of 8am to 4:30pm.

## About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can laminating and tooling across a broad range of products, checking information on drawings is clear, checking route card instructions are correct, help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency, keep all equipment maintained, ensure the department is kept clean and tidy, and have attention to detail. Motorsport/Automotive experience is preferred, and a good understanding of engineering drawings is required.

## Accountabilities

- Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products

- Checking information on drawings is clear

- Checking route card instructions are correct

- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency

- Keep all equipment maintained

- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role

**Technical skills:**

- Familiarity with pre preg autoclave processes

**Personal attributes:**

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work in a team
