## Description

As an Economy Game Product Manager for EA SPORTS™ F1, you will guide the design and improvement of engaging player progression and sustainable in-game economies.

You will partner with the accomplished Codemasters team to deliver authentic racing experiences and support the ongoing evolution of F1's live service.

Your responsibilities include:

- Translating weekly/monthly/annual goals into executable plans for Content Producers

- Prioritizing tasks to accomplish desired outcomes and managing stakeholder expectations

- Creating detailed execution criteria for content offerings and messages

- Collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams to support pricing, promotional strategies, and monetization plans

- Using analytics dashboards and game expertise to run economy simulations and provide balanced value recommendations

- Managing the scheduling and launch of engagement content in-game

- Developing mitigation strategies to support a exciting player journey and ensure long-term sustainability of multiple economic systems

Requirements:

- Experience with games having a player-first mentality

- Economy experience or graduated with an economics degree

- Minimum of 3 years of Economy, Product Management or related game experience required

- Ability to critically evaluate design, art, and economy to feed into content design

- Experience using data and insights to inform product development and experience with data-driven design

- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners
