## Description

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Amara Apartments.

As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exterior and interior of our apartment community, ensuring it remains fresh, clean, and appealing for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

- Enhance and beautify the community

- Build rapport with residents

- Respond to service needs and make ready schedule

- Perform preventative maintenance

- Maintain amenity appearance and ensure great curb appeal

**Requirements:**

- Detail-oriented and task-focused individual

- Strong communicator

- Personable and confident customer service professional with a 'Resident First' mindset

- Team player

- Organized and accountable

**What We're Looking For:**

- General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work

- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping

- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call

**Benefits and Pay Range:**

- The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential
