Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Cabot Circus, Bristol, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, showcasing your knowledge of our food products, and confidently recommending them to customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star customer service at pace

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 14:00-22:00

- Wednesday: 14:00-22:00

- Thursday: 14:00-22:00

- Friday: 14:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
