## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Acorn Park Crawley Simply Food. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

**Job Details:**

- Sunday: 12:30-20:30

- Monday: 10:00-18:00

- Tuesday: 10:00-18:00

- Wednesday: 10:00-18:00

**Important:** This job role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18 years or older.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage stock and deliveries

- Ensure the shop floor is full, clean, and ready for customers

- Work across the wider store where needed

- Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Be a team player and support colleagues across the store

- Adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Teamwork and communication skills
