## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist in our HASE Technology department.

Principal responsibilities:

- Manage and drive end-to-end projects from inception to closure, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of milestones, and identify and mitigate risks.

- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to meet business user requirements.

- Ensure tasks delivered meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to an agreed level of quality.

- Design, develop automated test cases during the development process and ensure they are incorporated into the daily build process.

- Participate in system integration activities with other teams and ensure the solution complies with group architecture policies and standards.

- Adopt and provide ongoing improvement on development processes and promote the usage of right tooling.

- Work closely with other IT teams on joint development and maintenance systems.

- Provide support on production cases.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record (5+ years) in a development role.

- Experience delivering high-quality and complex system solutions.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Excellent technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

- Familiarity with Linux and Shell scripting.

- Knowledge and experience with distributed systems, micro-service architecture, and APIs.

- Knowledge and experience with relational databases.

- Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and tooling).

- Ability to work in an Agile working model.

- Strong passion for technology and engineering.

- Cantonese would be an advantage.

- Experience in banking systems would be an advantage.

- Proven experience in AI and Python would be an advantage.
