## Description

We're looking for an ambitious Junior National Account Manager to join our commercial team, responsible for nurturing and establishing strategic partnerships with EU retail partners, driving business in stores, and delivering financial results.

As a Junior National Account Manager, you will:

- Establish and maintain relationships with designated accounts

- Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate successful launches of new products

- Prepare and collate weekly sales reports

- Retain agility to react to retail trends and maximise opportunities

- Build sales forecasts and monitor net sales performance

- Lead effective monitoring of retailers' inventory

- Work cross-functionally to build strong local trade plans

- Align trading plans with Senior National Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager

- Work closely with finance to align on forecasts and updates

- For new markets or trading partners, build a bespoke plan to launch and sustain top ranking

You will sit within our EU Function, within our highly talented Commercial team for Europe, and work closely with the Retail team, Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager, ideally in the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry

- Highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and keen to find creative solutions

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Experience in negotiating with excellent relationship-building skills

- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work at pace, prioritise, and manage multiple deadlines
