## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Worker Injury Risk Management (WIRM) Team based in Hong Kong.

You will run an injury rehabilitation programme using Marsh's innovative model and collaborate with a team of insurance professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-standard and timely case management services according to client protocols and service standards

- Coordinating Personal Injury/Employees' Compensation Case Management

- Communicating with injured persons, employers, government departments, doctors, medical/rehab services partners, and insurers

- Assisting in improving the quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, claims systems, and claims reports within Marsh WIRM Practice

- Actively following up on injured individuals' rehab progress and updating Marsh's web-based digital system

- Managing Marsh clients' accounts on the Case Management side independently

- Raising the profile of Marsh's WIRM servicing through regular meetings, case management analysis, and trend presentations with clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A tertiary qualification in a health or para-medical area, such as physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy

- At least 4 years of relevant experience

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in speaking Putonghua being an advantage

- Good knowledge of injuries management and recovery processes

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Good interpersonal and relationship development skills

- Good knowledge of Employees' Compensation Ordinance

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- PC literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
