## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Aintree Retail Park. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across various tasks to keep our stores running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

This is a part-time role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

The hourly rate for this role is not specified, but there is a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be physically fit, digitally confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
