## Description

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our new HR Shared Service Center. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work in a collaborative and supportive team, providing administrative assistance to the HR team.

Your main tasks will include:

- Conducting personnel administration processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, contract documents, and immigration

- Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems

- Serving as the first point of contact for standardized HR inquiries from employees and management

- Supporting compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines

- Contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes

- Creating simple analyses, overviews, and reports

Requirements:

- Completed education (apprenticeship, technical school, university, or equivalent) with a focus on business administration, pedagogy, psychology, or a related field

- Strong German language skills at B2 level and good English language skills in writing and speaking

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Nexon is advantageous

- High level of responsibility and discretion

- Structured, precise, and service-oriented work style

- Independent, proactive, and reliable work style
