## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Actions team, which manages the collection and maintenance of high-quality data across a wide range of financial markets and asset classes.

As a Senior Associate, you will take ownership of data quality for Corporate Actions content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. You will act as a data quality ambassador within the group and collaborate with multi-functional teams for event validation.

Key responsibilities:

- Source information from public domains and contributors, and ingest it into our database using proprietary collection methodology

- Perform quality checks on content, checking back to source and ensuring that any subsequent data changes are reflected in the database

- Gain experienced knowledge on data models to assist in quality control measures

- Respond to data queries from internal and external clients and provide high-level support

- Liaise with Content Analysts and Associate Content Analysts on data quality issues and ensure remedial actions are taken

- Handle and lead the resolution process for customer-related issues

- Take accountability and ensure the team is on the right path to meet work on upcoming events

- Work effectively with team members and ensure balanced process knowledge

- Supervise market events to anticipate changes in financial instruments

- Work with multi-functional teams to provide Root Cause Analysis to determine solutions in problem areas

- Proactively identify and resolve content issues

- Provide project support for builds, test cases, cleanse, and specific quality initiatives

- Research new and review existing sources to improve quality, timeliness, and completeness scores

- Train new members and provide product and/or database training to staff members

- Trouble-shoot data issues and translate them into actions and solutions

- Document MOWs, policies, procedures, and work processes, and regularly review and modify them

- Find opportunities for simplification and automation of processes
